RETURNS FOR FULLFIT UK

We accept all returns for a full refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Please email info@theshoestopuk.com to arrange a return.

 

Your item must be UNWORN with the TAGS ATTACHED.

*Please include your invoice in with your item. 

 

We must receive your item back within 14 days of the item being delivered to you - if we receive your item AFTER this time, we will email you with STORE CREDIT.

 

We are not responsible for any returns postage costs. It is your job to package your item adequately so it arrives safely with us. We do also advise you keep any tracking number until a refund has been issued. Any initital postage costs will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed. 

 

You are not entitled to a refund if your item is worn or in any way soiled. Please take care when trying items on as any item found with ANY discrepancies will not be accepted for a refund.
